Delivery
How do I order?
Ordering is a simple process. There are four
ordering methods available:

Email Order - This order method is the fastest
and leads to a faster dispatch of your product.
B.
Order by Fax – Fax order forms can be downloaded
from 'Reports' page by clicking on the "Order by
Fax" link.
C.
Request Pro-forma invoice - If you wish you may
request a pro-forma invoice before placing your
order. Please send all your details and the
product details to us at
customerservice@asiamarketingresearch.com
D.
Order by Post – Download a fax order form from
the 'Reports' page by clicking on ‘Order by fax’
and post the completed form to: Orders

What types of payment
methods?
We
offer the following payment option.

Wire/Telegraphic Transfer (TT) - Please email us

We will send you our bank payment details.
How long does delivery
take?
Due
to different time zones our customers are
located in, the timeline for delivery with each
customer can vary. However, we strive to deliver
electronic products in the 48 hours subsequent
to receipt of payment.
Is it possible to buy
'by the slice'?
We
only sell products in their entirety to ensure
that results are not taken out of context.
Pricing
How are reports priced?
Report prices are set by the publisher, so you
need not worry about mark-ups. In fact, we often
work with publishers to arrange special offers
and promotions that you can view on the Special
Offers page.
Is tax added to your
product price?
Orders originating outside of Singapore are not
subject to tax.
Site Licence
Single User Licence
A
single user licence allows you, the buyer, to
have access to the report at any one time,
however you may not distribute it to any one
else.
Multiple User Licence
A 1-5
user licence restricts access to no more than 5
users.
A
1-10 user licence restricts access to no more
than 10 users.
A
1-15 user licence restricts access to no more
than 15 users.
Global Site License
A
Global Site License provides an effective way to
avoid copyright violations by granting
discounted, multi-user use for a report. It
allows employees to share a report with other
Authorised Users, any person employed by the
same direct organization of the original
purchaser. This does not extend to employees of
the parent company or related subsidiaries. When
you purchase a Global Site License for a study
on our service, AsiaMarketingResearch.com will
email a PDF version of the report to you.
Authorised Users may:

Display or print the Licensed Studies for
personal use.

Electronically save the Licensed Studies for
personal use.

Distribute a copy of the Licensed Studies in
print or electronic form to other Authorised
Users within its organization, including by
posting such Licensed Studies on a secure
corporate intranet.
Authorised Users may not:

Remove or alter the author's names or copyright
notices, other means of identification or
disclaimers as they appear in the Licensed
Studies.

Distribute any part of the Licensed Studies on
any electronic network (other than a secure
corporate intranet), including without
limitation the Internet and the World Wide Web.
- Use
any or all of the Licensed Studies for any
Commercial Use, other than the uses for which
the Licensed Studies were intended.

Distribute the Licensed Studies, in whole or
part, to anyone other than other Authorised
Users within the Authorised User's organization.
