A. Sales Associates (freelance)

Attractive sales commissions awarded to successful signed sales leads

Requirements: experience in market research or business or strategy consulting

Job description: as sales force to identify potential clients who may require our services, to conduct sales pitch, generate sales leads, and as client liaison. 

B. Market Researchers (freelance/short term contract)

1. Research Analyst

Requirements: Degree in business or social science preferred

Experience: some non-academic marketing research experience. MBA Interns accepted.

Job description: questionnaire and sample development; data tabulation and analysis; report writing

2. Marketing Research Analyst/Senior Marketing Research Analyst

Requirements: Degree in business, statistics or social science. Master's degree for Senior.

Experience: 2 to 5 years. For Senior, at least 3 years of experience in all areas of marketing analysis

Job description: translate and interpret needs for market information into market research project objectives; design, implement and supervise research projects; gather, analyse and synthesize market and customer data; good with MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word software.

3. Project Manager

Requirements: Preferably advanced degree in social sciences or business

Experience: 6 to 8 years plus at least 2 years of experience in complete research project management for clients

Job description: project management and communication skills; analysis, report writing and client contact; heavy emphasis on quantitative work; supervision of field work services.

C. Strategy Consultants (freelance/short term contract)

As a Strategy Consultant, your tasks may involve identifying key business factors driving companies in a particular industry, formalising a perspective on a new business model, and developing insights into a emerging marketplace. Our Consultants are challenged to develop critical business skills to succeed in consulting.

We are seeking highly motivated MBAs/BAs who meet the following criteria:

• Three to five years of relevant industry, marketing and/or strategy experience, preferably in strategy consulting projects and with some financial and economic modelling experience

• Deep understanding of industry dynamics and value creation opportunities

• Superior academic achievement and proven leadership qualities

• Superior problem solving, structuring and analytical skills

• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

• Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment

• Ability to meet client travel requirements, when applicable

D.  SHORT-TERM CONTRACT PROJECTS
